We had a rocky start at this hotel, with significant issues during check-in and room assignments, leading to stress. However, the facilities were enjoyable, particularly the various dining options and pool areas. The staff provided some good support, especially from guest relations, but overall, service was inconsistent. There were moments that marred our vacation, especially with one disturbing incident, ultimately overshadowing the experience.
